Day 2 of restarting the diet and feeling pretty good so far. Haven't hit the exhaustion wall yet which i'm happy about. I'll probably grab a few sugar free rock stars just in case. Got a bunch of foods prepped monday to help me get through the week easier. It's way easier to stick to the diet when theres pre-made food when i'm hungry. i made a meal plan for the next week and a half today so i know exactly what i need to buy at the grocery store. So it wasn't until monday that my legs no longer hurt. Unfortunately with the crazy holiday schedule I did not get a chance to go to the gym. I'm hoping I'll start again tomorrow.
So I was very proud of myself for keeping to my diet 98% of the holiday season (so far). I had a few extra glasses of wine one or two of the days and I allowed myself a few (homemade dark chocolate) truffles on christmas day but that was about it! yay! I'm hoping to maintain sticking to the diet the rest of this week and starting back hardcore next wednesday (after the new year). I better start planning my meals and getting a grocery list together.. that is the "hard" part really.
