So after my fitness assessment Monday, I found out I have lost 0.3% body fat.. yes I know it doesn't sound like a lot of fat to lose in 1 month but its better than nothing! I did gain one pound.. (from 148 to 149), however this is due to the fact that muscle ways more than fat AND I'm hydrating way more than last month at this time. I have noticed a definite definition in my legs and a little bit of a trim around my stomach. Definitely helping me to keep motivated.

I also had a free personal training session last night at the gym. It was brutal, I'm not going to lie. I can hardly lift my legs even now! I will get over it and it will be worth it.. I hope haha

I'm actually doing pretty good despite the fact there's a lot of temptation to eat bad foods. I have a rule where unless it's dark chocolate I automatically give the goodies I'm receiving to someone else. I don't even open the container. When we went our for our holiday party I looked at the menu ahead of time and chose things I knew would have the lease amounts of carbs. Realizing that when I cheat I feel like crap for a good day or two has definitely helped me stick to my diet.
