Day 2 of restarting the diet and feeling pretty good so far. Haven't hit the exhaustion wall yet which i'm happy about. I'll probably grab a few sugar free rock stars just in case. Got a bunch of foods prepped monday to help me get through the week easier. It's way easier to stick to the diet when theres pre-made food when i'm hungry. i made a meal plan for the next week and a half today so i know exactly what i need to buy at the grocery store. Hey Michelle...loved the meal plan. I almost have everything I need already in my kitchen for the chicken cordon bleu soup...going to try that out this week. Thanks for sharing!
