So, my not feeling good went into a full-blown pinched nerve in my neck. I have not been able to use my computer because I had to hold my neck with one hand and keep my head turned to the right. I had severe cramping every few seconds from my neck, my left chest, back and shoulder, and down the arm, ending in a lump in my hand. I'm past the cramping and into recovery stage. I am still mostly on my program, but will start the last 30 days starting today. So, tomorrow's journal entry will start with "day 61 (today) and hopefully I can start to walk again. Have a great day everyone!

Day 59 of my 90-day program officially wasn't good. Felt sick all day. Not sure I want to work today. Feeling blah! So ready to start my weekend fast but its not until tomorrow. I really need to get it together.
About to start the last 30 days and I want to do better. (I will start another program of some sort after this one) I have learned so much, I sure would like to apply everything to 30 days of total success. I think I could do it. As Jimmiepop says "It's grind time" "Let's go".
Have a great day everyone!

Day 58 of my 90-day program was way off. I had a can of corned beef and forgot that I usually only eat about 1/5th at a time. I ate most of it and didn't look at the nutrition label ahead of time. I have to do that this morning, but I can tell by how I feel today, I made a huge mistake. I feel very tired, and I hurt all over. My stomach never really digested everything, I still feel full this morning.
So today is all about recovery. I have to figure out how to make myself feel better because I have to work. So, tomorrow hopefully I am back to normal. Have a great day everyone!

Day 57 of my 90-day program was so-so. I had plenty of sleep in spite of some strange tension in my muscles that felt like too much energy. I had to stretch a lot and even get out of bed once to stretch, I was finally able to go back to sleep. I felt so good I decided to extend my fast. The good news is I was able to go beyond what I have even done before, specifically about 80 hrs fasted. At that point I Crumbcake was screaming as if I was torturing him and I decided to eat dinner. The other reason is that I have a client first thing in the morning today and needed to be "normal" and ready to work.
I walked 5 miles fasted, it wasn't too hard, I left plenty of time because I knew I would be walking slower. Timed myself and really was only about ten minutes longer. Felt great until about afternoon, then Crumbcake started screaming and I knew I had to eat or I might go banana's (yes, thoughts of cream pies were flashing through my mind).
So, ate dinner but stayed on my WOE, no disasters and reached a new mile-stone. Today I will pray for others who want to reach a new level or gain a new victory. Have a great day everyone!

Day 56 of my 90-day program was awesome. It was also day 3 of this weeks 72-hr fast. The weird thing is, I never felt like I was fasting. No headaches, plenty of energy, and not hungry. The only thing was when I went for my 5-mile walk, I was slower than when I'm fed. Does this mean I'm "fat adapted"?
I think I'm deep into my detoxification. I am experiencing some discomfort in my joints. I'm drinking plenty of fluids, but I think I will have some nettle tea today, maybe some dandelion.
Right now I'm trying to decide if I want to fast a 4th day. I feel great, not hungry, but I want to eat. So weird. I will let everyone know later what I decide.
Well, have a great week everyone! I hope your weekend was successful. So excited to watch all of your progress.
