Day 69 of my 90-day program brings me to wonder just how serious I am about actually losing weight. I walked 5 miles and added some push/pull chest/back exercises. I even did some crunches. Today my back is saying "be careful", shows how out of shape I am. I only ate one meal yesterday and I don't think I logged it. My goal is to be at 189 lbs on Friday's weigh in.
I think this is a sustainable WOE for me. Of course, that is if nothing really changes. Still learning that I don't have to eat so much, but when I need a little extra it's okay if limited (I stay keto on an binge but higher calories).
I might have killed Crumbcake poor thing! lol

Today is day 68 of my 90-day program. With about 3 weeks to go, I have to say my "want to" is plateaued. I need to break this lethargy about losing weight and kick it up a bit.
Yesterday, I walked 5 miles and did 40 full squats (butt to ankles). I also did some push/pull back/chest exercises. What can I do today? I'm thinking a little extra each day may help?

Day 67 of my 90-day program was good. I rested and ate keto. Good time to refocus myself for the coming week. My goal is to get to 189 by Friday's weigh in. Have a great day everyone!

Day 66 of my 90-day program went pretty good. I made it 36 hrs into my fast, then I decided to eat a small keto-meal because I was forgetting why I was fasting and it did not seem reasonable to be so hungry. Family went to restaurant followed by Dairy Queen with full reports when I did not want to think about food.
So, today I'm deciding if I want to do another 36 hr fast until tomorrow. Right now, I'm leaning toward it because I peeked and my weight is a new "low" for me even after refeeding last night. My walk was pretty good, I had to go slow after at the 4 to 5 miles markers, but the weather is great and I enjoyed it.
Trying to find something sustainable. This week I plan to get into the 180's and I think I can do it. Hope you all have a great weekend. We can do this.

Day 65 of my 90-day program went really well. Even though my weight is up, I had a good day. I ate leftover meals from the day before, this gave me extra time to walk and shop before work. No rushing! Yes!
Started my fasting for the weekend just a little late due to I had a client when I would normally eat. That means I have to end a little late on Monday. The first 24 hrs is mostly "dry fasting" but I did have some water, just not very much. Okay, I'll not call it a dry fast, just normal "water fasting". My walk was awesome, it was already getting kinda warm, but I enjoyed being out in the sunshine.
Nothing to do today but walk and rest. Hope you all have a great day!
