Plan today is to workout on the treadmill. Still need to get the eating part in gear. Can't seem to get it to click still too much mind over matter, my mind tells me it is okay to eat the matter causing no change in my weight.

Walked Snoopy about 3.5 miles-it was cold.
I will record miles completed by walking, running or elliptical workout. Sadly, I won't be able to record miles when I do workout video with weights or aerobics.

Did 4.25 miles in an hour, ran some walked some. Weight is up. Need to not gain over Christmas time.
