I'm not sure if it's the diet, or my pain medication, or what, but I have been feeling so depressed lately...and apparently it's really hard to find a psychiatrist in my area? This is driving me crazy. Nobody has out-patient psychiatrists, or if they do, it takes MONTHS to get in. What am I supposed to do? Ugh. I broke down and ate a few oreos, and of course it didn't really help. Why do I constantly feel like crying? Sorry for the vent. Just needed to get it out there.
On another note, I'm getting a full blood panel done tomorrow morning that I have to fast for, so maybe that will give me some answers.

I'm starting to feel a little bit better about things. It was pointed out to me that I'm overeating, which is totally true. I just have a hard time staying sated. What is low-carb and filling?
