I would say change it to ur real weight now and put ur goal weight 65 so that u feel u can do this. when u reach it you will have only few left. you would have already achieved alotSmile

Accurate Weight Measurement
Actually even if u weight urself several timea during the day, you wont get the most accurate measurement. i guess u should take your weight 30min after to wake up and before you eat or drink for a week and the lowest weight for the 7 days would be your real weight for the week. i guess this is more accurate.

Milk - Skim, Soy, Almond etc...
i usually drink soy milk cuz skimmed makes me feel bloated, but make sure to read the labels first, cuz some of them contain added sugar and lots of calories

how do i change my diet plan???
When you click on the diet you want to choose, it'll show you the last posts and the buddies who are following it, then on ur right side there is a pink box saying, you are now following the ... diet, if you have changed your diet to this one please click here.

I guess this should work, I just tried itSmile
