Married for 27 years to a man who is naturally thin! Was all of 110 dripping wet when we got married and now I'd really like to get a little closer to that. I'm 5'2 and my butt is too big for my height! People that I grew up with are starting to die of bad habits and I don't want to be next!

What's your workout?
I will choose a cable channel with music (yesterday- Party tunes) and dance away in the privacy of my own home! If a song comes on that doesn't fit my stride, I will do my free weights or sit on the ball and do ab work. It really makes the hour go fast and seems to be working!
