I am 56 year old female struggling to lose weight. I had been fighting against menopause and finally getting it under control. In the past I have actually tried every diet that I could think of, so this year I am devoted to eating right and cutting out processed foods, dairy, and sweets. This is definitely a challenge for me because I love them all, but I know with God's grace, that everything is possible.
My goal is to weight 160 lbs which means I need to lose 36 lbs. I want to achieve this within the least 7 months. Learning to trust God more, spend more time with Him and eating good food as opposed to bad food. Getting up and exercising more. Eat less and move more.

20 lbs - May
30 lbs - July
36 lbs - September
