Today has been a very good day. I got in some extra exercise by washing the Jeep.
I only ate 18% carbs. I am very happy with this.
I didn't eat my total of calories on my RDI so that is good too.
I feel very full, and after reading so much more about Ketogenic eating, and am also learning to like it.
I have much more energy today. I don't know why, if it is because I am not eating the carbs I was eating, but hey, no matter, I like the feelings.
So I will continue this new way of living, low carbs, high fat.
I like the difference in the menus too.
I can eat what I want, and eat until I am full.
I don't have to eat unless I am hungry. No forced feedings for me. lol
Have read about this I really believe that I can make this a permanent part of my life.

Well, I ate 44% of my RDI today.
But it is Noon, and I didn't eat anything before this.
So, as long as I go under my RDI, I will be happy with it.

I was looking online for information on Keto diets and found some links to Amazon.com and some free kindle books on how to, and how to plan a menu on Keto dieting.
I will post the links here, so you also can find them, if you are interested in doing Keto.
Here goes.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071FD8FW7/ref=docs-os-doi_0
Once you go to this page,You can find more of the free kindle books and some at a lower price, if you don't mind paying for them. I mind, so I always look for the free ones. lol
I am cheap like that.
If this link works or doesn't please let me know, so I can fix if it doesn't.
Thanks!!

I am changing my diet (life plan) to LCHF, Low carb, high fat diet, which is by the way a Keto diet.
I found some free Kindle books on Amazon, for menu planning and help in starting and maintaining this way of living.
I will maintain this and see if it helps me to lose my weight and get back to where I want to be.
I am going to give this a long chance for working.
I can and will live without so many carbs, I just need to work harder to get in more fats and healthy foods that I love.
