Well, dinner is over. I ate all I wanted but still didn't go over my RDI.
For that I am happy.
I did go shopping today, bought some fresh fruit, Cherries & Strawberries.
Tasted so good, and I have more for tomorrow too.
I had grilled for each of us, 2 Chicken Thighs, but we were both so hungry, we at them at one sitting, instead of saving one for later.
All I baked 4 potatoes 2 for later or Home Fries, since we ate, there is only 1/2 of one left, because we both had seconds, and I ate 2 whole ones with Sour Cream and Butter. I did limit my toppings tho, I usually don't watch how much I put on the potatoes, I just drop it on, but today I had 1 Tbsp. Butter and 2 Tbsp Sour Cream on each one.
Anyway, I am enjoying my food more, I quit adding all the salt and pepper to everything, and now I can taste what it is supposed to taste like.
That is a good thing too. Makes my foods taste like I remember them tasting in my youth. Maybe as we age, we do lose our sense of taste, I think we just cover our foods so much with so many spices, we can't taste it like it should be tasted. That is the biggest reason I stopped putting spices on my foods.

Well the scales are rewarding me for doing my Yoga twice yesterday.
I am down to 197#.
I am very happy to see this number and will be happy with it.
One pound down, is so much better than one pound up!
My butt is sore today, must be the extra Yoga? That is what I am chalking it up to. Also the extra Squats too. I do at least 10 everytime I go to the bathroom, and also at least 30 when I am doing my Yoga, after the poses are done.
I am upping my length of each pose today too. I count to 30 on every pose, when I have achieved the correct stance. So beginning today, I will increase the number from 30 to 5 more each pose, each day, until I reach a count of 60. This way, I will be doing each pose for at least 1 minute, thus increasing my length of time doing Yoga, and thus increase my calories burning goal too.
Onward and Downward!!!!!

I noticed at the bottom of the page, where my food diary is, I am doing better on the carbs vs. protein.
I am so happy for this, and I will continue to work on eating less carbs and more proteins.
I will be happy with today's record tho, and work harder on doing better.

Well, I did 15 more minutes of Yoga this evening. I am very happy to have done it too.
I need to be burning more calories, and if it takes doing it two times a day, then so be it.
When I do my poses, I always count to 30 before moving on to the next one.
I may start adding to the number, so If I don't do them twice a day, then I will still be burning more calories.
I will weigh in tomorrow morning as usual.
That way I can record a new weight, hopefully, one that is less than the normal one I have had the past few days, 198.

Laundry is done, for today. Lunch is cooked, eaten and now to finish cleaning up.
Vacuuming done, no, I didn't record them in my exercise, but I know I am doing it so that is burning come calories.
I also did get back on the scales, I am down to 197.6#. I am not recording it on my chart today, but I knew I should be down. Now I know I am, so that makes me feel so much better too.
It is the little things that makes a life so bright.
