I was looking online for information on Keto diets and found some links to Amazon.com and some free kindle books on how to, and how to plan a menu on Keto dieting.
I will post the links here, so you also can find them, if you are interested in doing Keto.

Once you go to this page,You can find more of the free kindle books and some at a lower price, if you don't mind paying for them. I mind, so I always look for the free ones. lol
