Starting Zone Diet today along with 20 minutes cardio and light resistance training 4 days this week (I have not worked out in over a year and picked up smoking again so I have to start slow) with a goal of getting back to 4 hours of cardio per week and moderate to intense resistance training with a PT by the end of February. My overall goal is to lose 70 pounds by the end of the year.
