Record Water Intake?
Tracking my water is not really part of the challenge. It's more about not drinking anything else. But what I am doing anyway is marking in my date book (yes I keep a good old fashioned paper datebook in addition to my iPhone) a tick every time I refill my water bottle. At the end of the day I calculate how many glasses that was.

1000 calories - first day
First day at this and 1000 calories sure adds up fast. But I can see what's going to change for tomorrow.

For starters, my usual breakfast of 1 egg, egg whites, and ketchup will change to just egg whites and some salt.

Need more green stuff too.
