Well I stayed the same this week, so I guess there's something to be said for that.
There was some question last week to what I meant when I said fibro, when I say fibro I mean fibromyalgia not fibroids so I hope that clears that up for everyone.
Actually had a pretty good week, pain levels were up and down, but I was able to keep the emotional eating fairly under control. It's just I haven't really been wanting real food, what I've been wanting to eat is more in the range of junk food or quick meals. I know part of it is the fact that I live in Florida and it's starting to get hot down here, and my kitchen is not the coolest place in the world so I guess I got a buck up and get over that.

This has been a week of expected weight gain, I was on a course of emotional eating that I just couldn't control. It was all due to my fibro, it is my only emotional eating trigger, copious amounts of pain tend to make me want all the things that I shouldn't eat. To be honest I should be bothered by the fact that I have gained so much weight this week, but I am not, I am no longer defining myself by the number on the scale, in fact I almost didn't weigh-in this week, but figured what the hell.

I don't really know what the hell happened this week. I mean I knew I was going to gain a couple of pounds this week, because I cheated a little, but not nine pounds worth. I mean I guess I should just take my lashes because I cheated and ate food I shouldn't have eaten...

This week was a good week for the most part. Still not exercising much due to pain issue. Been doing some light Yoga, but that is about it. Overall I would say I have been successful.

Well things seem to finally be back on track. Though I think being sick helped a little with these numbers, but even I am impressed with these numbers. I mean I feel like I was in better control for most days this week, I had some slip-ups, but no one is perfect. I am trying to learn to log my food, but I found it hard this week since I drank a lot of my calories this week. There wasn't much on the exercise front this week, the whole chest cold and not being able to breathe prevented that, but overall this was a good day to look at that scale.
