Dont kick yourself. That's why I only weigh myself every 3 to 4 months when I go see my doctor. I dont even own a scale, but I am getting into clothes I couldnt wear before. My bra's aren't fitting so tight and that keeps me positive. I cheat too I just make sure my other meals are low calorie like salads minimal dressing and rice cakes then I can cheat and it balances out. You can do it.
