I don't really know what the hell happened this week. I mean I knew I was going to gain a couple of pounds this week, because I cheated a little, but not nine pounds worth. I mean I guess I should just take my lashes because I cheated and ate food I shouldn't have eaten...
356.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 206.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Dont kick yourself. That's why I only weigh myself every 3 to 4 months when I go see my doctor. I dont even own a scale, but I am getting into clothes I couldnt wear before. My bra's aren't fitting so tight and that keeps me positive. I cheat too I just make sure my other meals are low calorie like salads minimal dressing and rice cakes then I can cheat and it balances out. You can do it.
