So only one pound down, not bad since this was a slow week exercise wise. I behaved myself food wise, but just couldn't get motivated to get up and get moving, plus I had some appointments this week that took up some time. I also made the decision to have surgery on my wrist this week so I was in a mood over it, but I managed to stay on my diet and not binge or anything so I am proud of myself for that.
I do swear that every time I go low-carb the world conspires to put all of my favorite things in abundance. On Friday and friend showed up to the house with a box of bread and pastries from Publix and it had all of my favorite kinds in it. I swear I wanted to forget my diet right then and there and dive into the box, and my roommate was no help she was downing an almond coffeecake going "eat some bread", but I prevailed and said no and went inside and made dinner.

This week was pretty good. It was the first week back on the low-carb lifestyle and it has been a transition week and a detox week. I don't eat a lot of sugar, but I was eating a lot of carbs so I think that my body is detoxing of them so I have some headaches and general feelings of crappiness this week.
I am happy with my weight loss and hope that it will continue. So far it feels like I have found my willpower again, since it has been easier to resist some of the temptations that came my way. I have been using this week as a transition week so I have been allowing myself so smalls "bad" carbs mainly just because it is the only food left in the house. Also everyone be proud of me I am eating breakfast.
My fibro pain has still be low so that has facilitated some moderate exercise, I have had some other pain that has prevented me from going full force but any little bit helps so I do what I can.
Here's to hoping next week it just as good.
