Well things seem to finally be back on track. Though I think being sick helped a little with these numbers, but even I am impressed with these numbers. I mean I feel like I was in better control for most days this week, I had some slip-ups, but no one is perfect. I am trying to learn to log my food, but I found it hard this week since I drank a lot of my calories this week. There wasn't much on the exercise front this week, the whole chest cold and not being able to breathe prevented that, but overall this was a good day to look at that scale.
