Man, having a little treat for birthday was not a good idea, but then again I have been in copious amounts of pain this week and have turned to food at every turn it feels like. Even my "I'm only going to have one slice of cake for my birthday" turned into an overindulgence. Plus I have recently comes to terms with the fact that I am going through a bout of depression which has made me not really care about my health and nutrition so I am going to say that has played an effect on my recent overeating. Maybe next week will be better...

One pound up, but I see that as a normal fluctuation, plus its been kind of a rough week. I've been super busy lifewise and haven't had the time to focus on my exercise and I have slacked a little on my diet. Let's not even discuss my pain levels...

Two more pounds down, I am happy since this has been kind of an up and down week. I have started a new regime of a protein shake for breakfast and it is helping me to be able to choke down eating in the morning. It took me awhile to find a low-carb protein powder, but thankfully Amazon sells everything.
I am still behind in the exercise department and I am hoping I am get back on track in a couple of weeks. I am having minor surgery next week so I have had to cut back on some of my pain meds so I have been hurting like hell right now, but I have gotten a couple of walks in.
Well two pounds down is better two pounds up, I feel like I am back on track and I am happy about that.

I feel better, taking a week and just resetting things in my life worked. I feel like I am back in control of things even if my roommates are still a source of temptation. I am just glad to see the numbers going down again.

This has been a bad week. I strayed from my diet badly, my pain is coming back, and I still can't find my motivation. I feel so p*ssed at myself, I am not a person who is accustomed to failing at things and I feel like I am failing myself and that I need to just reset my life. So that is what I am going to do, I am just going to reset.
