I am back. It has been a very stressful and long road to get back to my fatsecret. As you can see I have gain weight and I feel like I let myself down. SO, enough of the guilt and time to move forward and up. I can't change what has happen but I can change what is happening now. First I will start with vitamins and take a look at my food intake and then start looking at exercising again. Wish me luck. today is the START!!!,

It has been a very long period between weightings. I have had a few bumps on the road to get to 164. I had the 174 but I haven't been to the gym or watching what I eat. But I am back starting tomorrow I go back to the gym on a regular basic and take a hard look at what I am eating. I hope everybody is doing well. I hope everybody continue success in losing "THE FAT".

Now comes the hard part, everyone talks about how hard it is to get rid of the last 10 pounds. I hope I can continue. My goal is to reach the 164 mark by September 13th. I will check in every week from now until that day.

Just another 14 pounds to go. I know this will be the hardest part because I have alot on my mind but I have to go and finish what I started. I know I have put in any information in te last few weeks if not couple of months but what I have been eating is the same as I was eating in May and April. I hope this helps any one who is trying to drop the weight. Good Luck
