It has been a very long period between weightings. I have had a few bumps on the road to get to 164. I had the 174 but I haven't been to the gym or watching what I eat. But I am back starting tomorrow I go back to the gym on a regular basic and take a hard look at what I am eating. I hope everybody is doing well. I hope everybody continue success in losing "THE FAT".
