Well, today is the day. I go weight myself. It has been a very bad week for my diet. I really went off if it on Saturday and Sunday while I was in San Diego. I paid the price for it today. I lost a whooping .4 pound. sigh or better yet double sigh. But its okay aleast I did gain any weight. So much for my idea about losing 6 pound per week. I should have known better. The Human body can't lost that much weight in such a small time frame. So, I am going back to the drawing board and keep on trying. I didn't gain this weight over night so I should know it will not go away over night either.Until next week

It has been a very difficult journey. However I think I have finely understand what it means to be comfortable with my weight. It is not the fact that I was at 200+ pound and just didn't like it but in the same token, I didn't do anything to help get away from it. This past Saturday, I weighted myself and found that life isn't, supposed to be hard. You supposed to make the effort and it will fall into place. I lost a few pound and I feel good. I am very proud of my wife for her lost in weight (Keep on going). I forgot how good it feels not to feel pain or tired. This will be my incentive to keep going. Whoever reads this just remember when you start the world seems to be old and gray but when you start, to lose weight you can do more things and color starts to be add to a new world born. A world where there is not much pain and you start to feel good and are ready to accomplish things.
