Hello saturday!!! It has been a very weird week!!!. I had a horrible weekend with eating. I had over 3200 calories just over the weekend and I did workout at all week. But I paid the price for it. I did not eat over 1300 calories on any of the days during the week. Now I will find out if I was able to make up for my over eating weekend. Stay tune and find out what happens next.

Well, its time again to go weight myself. I did weight myself mid week and I was one pound of my goal for this week. I needed to be at 186 by this coming Saturday. This week was my first week at trying to eat only oatmeal for Breakfast and for lunch. I remember a very long time again I did that for about a month and I lost over 15 poundsI will let you guys now tomorrow.

Another dispppointing weight in. I was 186.8 on Wednesday, today I weight myself and I am at 189.1.

Today is weighting is day. I am a little concern but I think I did okay. I know I am not going to loss 6 pounds every week but I am trying to loss about 4 every week on the aveage. Which sounds reasonable from a guy who once weighted 201. I hope I make it. Keep on going and don't loss sight of your goal.
