Well after about 6 weeks of vacation, I feel pretty good I didn't make the 2 pound loss a week but I did good and last night was epic fail, small pizza and I ate half of it. dang it... I went and head and charted the entire piece of cheesecake even though I didn't eat quite half. I found I couldn't do it way to sweet. Which is a good thing.
Feels so good to be back and on track. Last night was a cheat night and it was worth it every bit of it.
I am so excited though I just boxed up 3 boxes of clothes that are size 16 and they don't fit. I have some of my 14's that are baggy. My goal is to be in a 12 for my trip to Canada. I have about 2 months before I leave so I think it is achievable Goal.

Due to leg injury not doing the walking challenge ...
I was really worried about getting on the scale today since I knew I was over in protein yesterday and my late night snacking on crackers and peanut butter.. Thank goodness they are gone from the house. dang it...still a drop yeah...

Going down down .. Yes doing the happy dance maybe I will make my goal of seeing 190 That would make me so happy with a 5 pounds loss this month short of my 2 pounds a week but I will take it.

Finally the scale is moving again... Did that Carb Nite solutions and nope not doing that one again... Took 10 days to even get close to where I was 10 days ago...
Live and learn..
