I have struggled with weight the last few years after a serious illnes I doing a mix of Keto and Atkins 1992 version and it is working for me. I did try Atkins NANY I just can't eat all that food. I am now totally gluten intolerant sugars are not easily digested. So I chose the low carb way of lifestyle... I do belong to Atkins and a few other sites for low carbing. I have lost weight very slowly, I understand this isn't going to be a quick fix I have set a goal for myself of a pound a week. I recently joined a gym and workout 5-6 days a week. I believe there is so much to people than the food they put into their body, I am honest, caring. I love crafts of all types but I am a hand quilter. I love gardening. I have a wonderful relationship with a man that I believe was tailor made for me. I have 4 adult children and 13 grandchildren.
I love this site for the food diary and the challenges, the forums also a great way to find support for this journey.
