I didn't started having a weight problem until I had my third and fourth child. I had my fourth child by 25 y/o and that's when my weight problem started. My last two children were big. 9lbs. 5oz and 8lbs 13oz. since age 25 I would diet and exercise on and off. I would get bored with the routine and get sick of eating foods I didn't really like, but forced myself to eat in order to lose weight. My weight had finally got to 181lbs and I knew I needed to do something about it, because I am an ER nurse so I see the patients that are over weight and obese that are having heart attacks, strokes, other heart issues, can't breathe, can hardly walk, etc and I knew I didn't want to end up like that. I made myself stick to the exercise and counting calories. I don't make myself eat foods that I don't like, but I do eat healthier foods and count my calories. I started this last journey the beginning of August 2020. I have lost 42 lbs at this point. I'm determined to be healthy.
