There is plenty of produce that is not GMO. Whole Foods store will actually tell you if it is a GMO. Just do your research and be smart about what you purchase. Or you could go above and beyond and grow your own!

HEY YOU FAT PEOPLE LOOK!
My normal weight is about 170 lbs. I did a 16 day water fast and I lost muscle and fat. However I used to weigh as much as 190 when I was lifting weights full time. I am using this site as a tool that I use to help me determine how many calories I am taking in and how much fat I am taking in. I am not trying to convince anyone of anything. I am merely pointing out that the great civilizations of our time all lived off of starch as the main food. Aztecs: Corn Incas: Potatoes Egyptians: Grain Asians: Rice What else would you like to know?
