A middle aged HR Professional and father of three. I work in a sedintary environment and tend to snack a lot. I do physical activity three times a week (jujitsu) but get winded pretty quick as I am carrying a good bit of extra weight.

My goal is to lose weight to feel better, look better, and keep up with my teenage son when competing in martial arts.
