I have been overweight my entire life. My parents were overweight, now deceased. My sister died at 57 of diabetes and congestive heart failure. My 2 living older sisters are both obese. My husband is obese. I lose weight and always have gained it back and then some more too. I have lost 54lbs in the past year and want to keep it off, but still have 40 more pounds to lose. I love to go to the gym and exercise, but I get sore each time and then it takes a few days to stop hurting, but I am committed and joined Youfit gym. I like to have people to motivate me and encourage me, exercise buddies helps me the most. I am going to my doctor for weight management. I see her once a month to be weighed and measured and get my script for my diet pills. Whenever I get off the diet pills I start binging again and gain weight. I want to be healthy and fit. I am down from a size 22 to a size 16.
