A small Bio of myself... I am a mother of 5 ages 15 through 3 months. The youngest is done nursing so I felt it was a good time to try the dreaded diet (sigh)
I am combining the juice detox diet with 1 small meal a day of my choice.

I've tried weight watchers many years ago so I would have no idea how it works now. I did lose some weight but I can't remember how much.I agree with finding what's easiest for you and dedicate yourself to it. We all break from the pressure and indulge in a craving which is OK. Its more important to catch yourself and not fall back into bad habits. I admit, I fell off from my diet tonight. But even though the cookies are calling my name, I wont mess up again. Gotta stay on track til a few more lbs come off.

Haha the dreaded pie chart....it can be harsh but helpful in changing how we eat, establish the habit and hopefully keep the lbs off because of coarse we are all gonna lose them!!
