My target weight is 175. I started at 308. I reward myself every time I lose 10 lbs. REWARD = Eat what ever I want for 1 or 2 meals and then get back on the saddle. The theory is, shock the system every few weeks so that I don't get stuck at a plateau. It has worked for the last 50 lbs and I hope it works for the next 100.
I want to thank Dr. Goldberger, a very special doctor that I met 20 years ago. He, now retired, was an old school doctor when it came to diets, weight lose, etc... I have gone back to following his advice (diet) and Vicky and I are very happy.
