I lost 15 kg (33 lbs) on Atkins in late 2010 but I never made the transition from Induction. I dove straight off the wagon and although I did maintain my loss for over a year, I found myself at an all-new high in March, 2015. (Isn't that how the story always goes?)
This time, my focus is on those next 3 phases that I have always ignored - starting with OWL, which I am trying to transition to soon (any help/tips are appreciated). I believe in the science of low carb when done right and although it's taking a little longer to lose the same weight this time around, I'm in it for the long haul.
I have never had much of an exercise routine, which is something I'm trying to change. It's a little difficult with my work schedule but it's about time I did SOMEthing.
I am also doing a (mostly) 'clean' plan, ie no artificial sweeteners, diet drinks, etc. Not logging food this time around, I just don't have time for that. I don't eat anything out of the ordinary and I'm quite strict with myself, so I hope it will be fine.
This is all about the many small choices we make through the day, every day. Nothing tastes as good as being fit feels.
