Hello all! A lot has happened in my life making me stronger and able to join a weight loss group and do what I need to and be happier in my life. I am a single mother of two beautiful daughters 11 and 10. I have been over weight my entire life and never really had an issue with it, or so I thought. Unfortunately my 10 year old has my body type and struggles with body image issues already. So no I am not having her follow my example. I am cutting out carbs and going to set a better example. More veggies and healthy eating and regular fun exercises with both of them. We have actually started learning line dances this week! God bless you all, I know he has me already. Goal weight 160!! I can do it.
