I am a single working mommy, my son is 5 in April. My weight loss challenges are fast food (its soooo easy), lack of energy, and boredom (recently quit smoking so I eat instead!). I have never dieted or exercised. I'd really like to be healthy now that I've quit smoking. Any friendly advise or input is welcome!
