midnights!
I need some help. I work midnights 11on-7am. So as you may know my schedule is a little messed up. Any suggestions for when I should sleep, exercise, ect. Just looking for some tips. I have been on midnights for 3 years but can sleep whenever. Thank you all.

It starts today. I am 22 and have been over weight my whole life. And I am going to change that starting now. And all it took was one long look into the mirror. Wish me luck.
