I joined this site in 2008, but did nothing more than log on once or twice. I did WW for a few months as well last year, and had modest success...that is to say, I got out of it exactly what I put into it, which was not very much. Several years ago, in 2001, I had hit my highest weight which, sadly, is not much higher than my current weight. I joined WW and started BFL a few months after that. The results were staggering. I lost about 45 pounds but, more importantly, I was full of energy and went from a 16 pants to an 8. Life happens, and my good habits slowly slipped away. I have crept back up to a 12, and in some cases 14! pants. I actually logged back onto this site after getting another "hey, you haven't weighed in" e-mail, with a plan to unsubscribe. Then I saw the challenge posted on the first page. It was the "Drop 50 in 90 days" challenge. I'm not kidding myself; dropping 50 pounds in any amount of time would be virtually impossible for me without an amputation of some sort. I will be happy with 30, ecstatic with 40. So...I am back, and I am committed to the BFL thing as well. It is amazing! I have some challenges (a vacation out of the country, etc) which will make it more difficult to follow, but I will do what I can to stay on track.

Anyone use NikePlus?
I went to the Nike website, and you can buy just the sensor for $19 and pair it with an iPod touch, which is what I have. I am thinking about it...
