I have gained WAY too much weight since I got married in 2004. I developed a thyroid problem a year ago and it made me pack on the pounds. BUT now that my thyroid is under control, I must get my waist under control! I am disgusted with myself. I am calling this mission "Operation HOT BODY" and pray that nothing gets in my way of having a smokin hot body for summer :-)

Diet drinks
You aren't suppose to have caffeine on the SB diet but I had Coke Zero and Diet Pepsi the entire time. I don't feel like it screwed me up but I also didn't drink more than 1 a day. The Coke Zero doesn't have a diet after taste. Another good diet drink is the Lipton Diet Rasberry Tea. Doesn't taste like tea and is great.

Dumb question, but how do I find the people on my team, on fatsecret? I don't see a find fatsecret members option.

Green Beans
Not many ingredients, but this is what I have been doing with my fresh green beans. I boil them for a while until they are tender but not soft. In another pan I saute about 1 tblsp on crushed garlic (from a jar) with 4 tblsp olive oil and 1/4 tsp salt. When the green beans are tender and your garlic/salt/oil is hot, put the beans into the oil and cook covered for about 7-10 minutes. Stir every couple of minutes. If it starts to look like like the oil is soaking up too fast, add a couple tblspoons of water to finish the 10 minutes. I do this for 1/2 a package of green beans (about 2-3 servings), so add more ingredients for more beans. I usually add some Nature's Seasoning to them at the end. Hope you like them.

Sour Cream
I know what the South Beach Diet is ImLuuvd, and read the book before I started the diet. I was simply unsure about the Sour Cream and Milk since I have a book that was published before the update.
