I am a mother of 3 and pre-kids I was a gym junkie. I never struggled with my weight until after I had my 1st child. There are just under 2 years between each of my kids and with each pregnancy I just gained more and more weight.
By the time I had my 3rd child, my 1st was 3yrs and my 2nd was 22 months. I had my hands full and for the next decade I totally devoted all my time to them and forgot about their mother.
So now I'm here in my late 40's with health issues that could be indirectly caused by my weight. I'm here primarily to get as healthy as I can and enjoy the weight loss that goes with it.
