My name is Shauntell, I'm called Mom-zii. I've always been on a diet from since I can remember. I go up and down, thin and fat again. This time at the age of 52 I've become obese. 240 lbs. I'm on the HCG diet....again. I even brought some health issues with me this time. Because of the belly fat I've developed some kind of skin issue. Maybe I have become pre-diabetic. I'm certainly insulin resistant. Which I believe has contributed to this skin issue. I think the HCG diet will help me get the blood sugar situation in order. Oh, I sit at a desk all day to. That doesn't help matters. Anyway, I'm looking for support to go the distance. I'v got 43 days.

HCG Phase ll and HIIT workout
I've done HCG rounds before, I've always been successful. I never worked out too much though. This time I'm feelin like I need light resistant work and body weight work. I've read this could slow the weight loss. I'm afraid that I've gained so much weight that if I don't I may experience some muscle atrophy. I don't want that. Has anyone worked out while in Phase ll and what were your results?
