**Update- Veered off all weight management plans/exersize for over a year after I quit smoking. While I'm bummed that I gained weight, I AM happy that I've been a non-smoker for just about a year now. So, not going to the gym, but back on track monitoring my food intake. (No, you cannot eat an entire bag of goldfish every night and not pay the consequences...) You guys are all awesome and this APP is amazing. YAY!
