I've been very active most of my life, eating balanced, gained weight, lost weight, now I want to lose 20lbs to feel more comfortable. I'm over 45 and my metabolism has slowed down substantially. I had most of my thyroid removed and my remaining thyroid functions below normal. I get cold and tired easily.
