Hello! I have 15 more pounds to lose - this time around! The last few pounds are the hardest. I started off at 220 pounds back in March 2005 and lost 78 pounds down to 142 by October 2006. For a few months I was steady at that weight, regularly going to gym 4-5 times a week. Then in January 2007 I met my significant other and with late night dates, hanging out all the time, the gym and healthy eating was last on my mind. I went up to 170 (gain of almost 30) by the time summer ended. I have cycled down to 145, got out of that rut finally, now i am at 138.5, i am almost there!
