43 successful career woman, have had a weight problem since puberty. Was put on strict diet and doctors every week to be weighed in, this made me obsess about food.
So after having twin boys at the age of 20 I just put on a huge amount of weight my heaviest reordered is 163 kilos but I know I have been heavier :(
I managed to get down to 90 kilos with a lot of hard work and a big struggle every day with food management. Went for a week holiday in Aussie with a girl friend and put on a few kilos and got out of my exercise routine :( been back up to 110...then decided if I don't act now I'm going to be that 163 kilo unhappy person again. So looking at a diet that I wouldn't need to struggle with constantly, Dukan is my life changer, only been 12 days but I feel fantastic and never hungry...this I can do :) watch this space. I will be wearing dresses this summer and swimming in public. Absolutely love this site and get so encouraged by others input ...I would so enjoy being buddies with others that like to be positive and have a up beat person to reflect with...I wish everyone that reads this the very best x

Binge Eating - a venom!
OMG I know how you feel,I suffer with Bulemia and have had times when I thought I could never get a handle on over eating. But for me it's about controlling the hunger then I don't get cravings. High protein is working for me and since changing my diet I haven't binged once, so I'm feeling amazing. You need to find that thing that works for you and we are all so different, but I have done it all including precription diet pills. Life changing for me and I'm more than happy to share experiences Smile I wish you all the best and you can do it

Carbohydrates
I agree the biggest thing is to just not crave them, not being hungry helps I find and I can say it's near on three to four weeks, no
bread
cakes
flour
No butter or marg
No sugar in any form
and I'm feeling fantastic
Wish you all the best and hope you get a handle on it, and yes the longer you do it it will become natural.

I honestly can't see why the answer could be anything other than YES. Hmm I find it hard to understand why people would treat you different, true friends wouldn't and family most certainly shouldn't. All the bestSmile

Who's serious about their diet?
Jipper...I would like to buddy up. I'm doing the Dukan so high protein and very little carbs and I'm loving it so far Smile
