Be years since being on the site, time to get real after a year of self neglect. This is reflected in my weight gain :) but determined with in 7 months to be at my goal weight of 85Kgs

Have been rather unwell after having a IUD fitted last month. Hopefully now I feel back on track

I'm doing so well on this life changing journey and it's made me feel positive about the future and I know 100% I will reach my goal weight. The diet isn't a diet for me this is life changing event, I will never go back to high Carbs with little nutritional value.
