I'm 26YO full-time student with a full-time job. Therefore, I dont have much time to workout but I do when I get a chance. Ive recently lost 30lbs!! I'm so excited to start off this year and finally get to my goal. I've always had trouble with my weight, but not until recently have I finally lost the weight and NOT GAINED IT BACK. I'm actually stuck @ my weight but I'm looking forward to seeing the numbers go down!!

I Cant stay motivated!!!!
Thanks for the input. Luckily, i havent gain any weight back, I had some health issues and was unable to loose any weight since July Sad Which is the toughest thing to do. I have no workout buddy, i get one and then cancel on me last minute so i dont depend on anyone Sad. I have to do it on my own. Well im going to try the gym classes, I tried kickboxing once. It went horrible LOL. I'll try a dance class.

I Cant stay motivated!!!!
OKAY! So im into my current diet, but im soooo not into the exercising. I lost 30lbs last year and im hoping to repeat this year Very Happy . I just dont know what to do to get up and do what i have to do Embarassed . I have a gym membership but i have it on hold cuz im too busy to go. Ive downloaded exercise apps to my phone and they work! But i dont have the motivation to do them Sad . WHAT MOTIVATES YOU??????

Walking Tips--PLEASE GIVE ME ANY IDEAS
Im a horrible walker lol but i noticed that my legs seemed to get more of a workout when i did longer steps and did a little bit of a lunge as i walked. Also, holding in my stomach was a challenge. U might wanna try that
