This week was not good for me. My PCOS drove me crazy and now I've gained water weight :(

I'm really starting to hate this PCOS!! One day I feel fine and the next I'm PMSing like no other but no menstrual EVER! Ugh What kills me is the bloating and lower back pain. Any suggestions??? Other than ripping my ovaries out LOL

So is day #2 on my new challenge and so far so good. This is wk#2 on my workout challenge and last week I was feeling it. My whole body was sore and muscles I never knew can hurt were hurting lol. But I'm dedicated. I'm doing cardio Mon/Wed/Fri and I do core workouts Tue/Thur. I hope this plan works for me. I need to drop 80lbs STAT!

Ugh I've been BAD! SUPER BAD! I've been watching what I eat and exercising, but the weight isnt coming off. So YES, I got discouraged. The scale keeps telling me I've gained 10 POUNDS!!!!! And I dont know from where or how. Its so frustrating :(
