I am 44 and 5' 7" i have been teaching yoga since 2008 and group fitness instructor and personal trainer for a little over a year. I struggle with my own weight issues. I know what to do to take off the pounds so there are times that I say to myself, I need a break, I will deal with the weight gain later. I would love to be able to end the weight struggle and be able to maintain a healthy, happy weight. I love the clothes in my clothes I want to be able to look at my clothes and think what do I want to wear, not what can I fit into.
