After years of adding weight gradually, from 220 my freshman year in High School to my rock bottom weight of 297, I am finally making the changes I need to get my weight back under control and keep it that way. I would like to thank my wife who gave me the push that I needed. I've carried the weight around for a long time, and though I've been told that I carried it really well, it has been pulling down on me for far too long.

So it's all coming off

I`m desperate. What should I do?
My personal opinion would relate to WHY he wants you to lose weight.

1. If it is because he has a problem with the way you look-I agree, dump him.
2. If it is because he is concerned about your health and he has repeatedly tried less direct means to encourage you to make healthier choices, then I would say listen to him.

The point is that you already know if he is being a jerk or not. The question is if he wants you to lose weight for YOU, or for HIM.

Syncing Facebook App to website
I initially added the facebook app to my facebook page, and have been using it for a few days. I cannot update at work due to filtering, but the fatsecret site is accessible. The facebook site says that it is able to sync up with my account on the site, how do I do this?
