31 Male joined here to keep track of my (hopeful) progress, my goal is to look good (read skinny/ripped) for my fiance at our wedding this summer.

When working out I stick to weight training at the gym mixed with cardio (running/eliptical) and sometimes mix it up with GSP RUSHFIT workout DVDs.

Looking to losing fat and gain/maitain muscle mass.

Like I mentioned, lifting fairly heavy so I think I'm gaining muscle (therefore weight) when I want to be burning fat...hope this trend doesnt continue.
